Kelvin " The founder of the website" is currently working with ADLD ( Actions for Democracy and Local Governance). Kelvin website aim at sharing information with people worldwide on good governance, accountability, human rights, women and youths partcipation in leadership and Local leaders capacity buildin. In Tanzania people perceive themselves to be weak to their government as most of Tanzanian in rural areas they do not know their rights.
